Engineer
We're looking to hire our second software engineer.
Toodledo is one of the top-rated task management apps out there. We are hiring a team to help make improvements and scale our user base dramatically.
We're a small team. Two of us are marketers who’ve started and scaled companies to 7-figures a year in profit and tens of millions in lifetime revenue as well as a developer who’s sharp as a whip. Our mission is to make Toodledo the biggest and best productivity app in the world.
As our second engineer, you must show initiative and be entrepreneurial. We value hard work and creativity over skill. You can learn the latter, not the former.
The perfect person for this role is a scrappy and talented engineer who one day wants to start their own company and has a fire to get big, fast.
Responsibilities
- End to end ownership from ideation, design, execution, release and iteration based on user feedback.
- Partner with entire teams to ensure a complete end-to-end customer experience.
- Work in a fast paced environment, run quick experiments and make data driven decisions.
- Tackle complex engineering challenges from designing reliable services syncing across multiple platforms to automating rules.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail -- focused on execution and shipping production quality systems.
- User first approach, comfortable with rapid iterations.
- Experience with web technologies and system design
- Experience with our technical stack (React, Node, MongoDB, MySQL) is a plus but not required.

User Experience Designer
Toodledo has one of the top rated productivity apps out there. However, we are hiring a team to help make some improvements and grow our user base dramatically.

Responsibilities
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to exceptional user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience.
Requirements
- You have experience with apps accessibility, animations, user flows, icon, and illustration work.
- You pay attention to the finer details and love what you do.
- You're entrepreneurial.
- You know the power of powerful copywriting.
- You are comfortable communicating with a multicultural team with diverse communication styles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Git.

iOS Developer

- Help design and build new functionality for our existing iPhone app.
- Help improve existing code.
- Brainstorm new ideas.
Requirements
- Experience with Swift, React js, React Native, Node js, MongoDB, Mysql
- Experience using SQL.
- Experience using GitHub.
